Shipping & Handling Time 

We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 business days, ensuring you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current demand.

Shipment Tracking  

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will notify you via email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress until it arrives at your door.

Payment Methods 

We accept all major online payment platforms like UPI, credit and debit cards, including VISA and MASTERCARD, through our secure payment gateway at checkout. Payments are processed in INR, and please note that duties and taxes are not included in the listed prices.

Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not allowed once the product has been shipped. To request a cancellation, kindly email us at customercare.evas@gmail.com.

Exchange Policy 

We offer FREE exchanges on all our jewelry products. For exchange requests, please contact us at customercare.evas@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for completing the exchange.

Return Policy  

We are pleased to offer a 5-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all unused and unworn items that arrive damaged.  

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received and packaged with the original tags and labels intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Additionally, you will need to send us 3 images and one video of the damaged product for review before the return process can begin.

The shipping cost for returning a product will be capped at INR 100, which will be deducted from the return amount.

Return Shipment Process

Ensure the package is ready with the original invoice to initiate a return. Please contact our customer support at customercare.evas@gmail.com, and we will arrange the return shipment for you.

If our logistics partner does not provide return services in your area, you may use your own shipping provider to return the product to our warehouse. Please note, that shipping, handling charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

At EVAS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple refund process.

We will initiate a refund once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Guarantee Policy

At EVAS, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry and offer a 1-year guarantee on all our products. If your item tarnishes within one year of purchase, you can return the product for a full refund. You have received our guarantee card when you received the product.

To initiate the process, you will need to send us 3 images and one video of the product showcasing the issue along with the guarantee card with the date of your purchase. Once the images and video are reviewed and your return is approved, we will ask you to send the product back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
